Job summary

Jewelers is seeking an E-Commerce Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our online business across major digital platforms. You will craft and roll out a pragmatic, agile strategy aimed at sustainable revenue and scaling this new channel for the brand.

You will work with the product team to select and promote highly saleable items for online audiences while continuously optimizing performance, traffic, and conversion using data-driven actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years in e-commerce/digital commerce or online sales management.
• Strong experience in jewelry, accessories, fashion, or high-touch products.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Devise, launch, and execute a comprehensive online business strategy across multiple digital platforms.
• Monitor market developments and consumer trends; respond with actionable commercial tactics.
• Collaborate with product development to identify and promote saleable items online.
