Job summary

Greenwich St. Jewelers is seeking a highly organized Senior Ecommerce & Marketing Manager to own day-to-day digital commerce across Shopify Plus, Email, and SMS in a luxury retail setting. Reporting to the Ecommerce & Marketing Director, this role combines strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) during onboarding, transitioning to a three-in/two-out model long-term.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ecommerce and/or digital marketing experience.
• Senior individual contributor with proven ability to lead complex ecommerce initiatives.
• Advanced Shopify Plus experience.
• Advanced Klaviyo experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day ecommerce experience across Shopify Plus, ensuring the site is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for conversion.
• Lead site merchandising and digital execution for key commercial moments (Holiday, Sale, launches).
• Develop and manage ongoing testing and optimization across merchandising, content, navigation, and site experience.
• Own weekly/monthly ecommerce performance and merchandising reporting, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
• Manage segmentation, scheduling, send-time optimization, and A/B testing strategies for Email/SMS.
• Coordinate with external developers and agencies to drive ecommerce projects and ensure timely execution.
