Job summary

SP Plus Corporation, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at an outdoor airport curbside location in Atlanta. You will check in passengers, handle luggage, and issue boarding passes while complying with TSA and airline standards.

The role requires early mornings, weekend/holiday availability, strong customer service, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and ability to work outside in all weather.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred
• Ability to work in early morning rotation
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred
• Clear communication with guests and clients
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Check-in luggage and issue boarding passes for airline passengers
• Secure luggage according to TSA standards and tag bags
• Provide directions and flight information to passengers
• Handle payments for checked bags and process transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized concierge desk and assist guests promptly
