Job summary

Beehive Industries in Centennial, CO seeks a Lead Test Operator to support assembly and testing of small turbine engines for high-rate production. You will install instrumentation, run test sequences, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and EHS teams to deliver high-quality products.

The role requires 4+ years in mechanical/electrical assembly testing in regulated environments, strong problem solving, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in mechanical and/or electrical assembly testing, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Experience with testing processes and Standard Work Instructions.
• Lean manufacturing experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Install, align, connect, and execute a prescribed series of test steps.
• Use hand and power tools safely per instructions.
• Read blueprints/schematics to guide actions.
• Maintain safety and compliance with EHS policies.
• Wear prescribed PPE daily.
• Install instrumentation on engine hardware (thermocouples, transducers, etc.).
• Perform preventive maintenance on test equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting and development of work instructions.
