Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Lead Test Operator at our Centennial, Colorado facility to support assembly and testing of small turbine engines. The role focuses on applying instrumentation, installing engines into test cells, and supporting high-rate production in a development environment.

You will collaborate daily with engineering, supply chain, EHS, and other teams, while following standard work instructions and safety policies.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in mechanical and/or electrical assembly testing in regulated industry.
• Strong testing process knowledge and adherence to Standard Work Instructions.
• Ability to read schematics and use test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, connect, and execute a pre-programmed series of test steps.
• Operate hand tools and power tools per standard work instructions.
• Read blueprints/schematics to guide install/uninstall actions.
• Perform duties safely in line with EHS policies and programs.
• Install instrumentation like thermocouples, transducers, strain gauges.
• Maintain and troubleshoot testing equipment and fixtures.
• Document data and progress using computer systems.
