This role offers a base salary of $60,000 with a 10% uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for international travel and rapid career progression from Trainee Broker to Director.

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and team.

• Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits.

• Presents and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence.
• Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process.
• Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion.
• Flight watching/overseeing flight departures 24/7.
