Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort's Private Jet Center seeks a professional Jet Center Concierge to be the primary contact for private pilots, passengers, resort members and guests. Based at the Texas Hill Country facility, you will coordinate daily FBO and front desk operations while delivering world-class service.

The role requires exceptional guest service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality and aviation environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, aviation, or concierge preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn aviation scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and act as first contact for Jet Center visitors.
• Coordinate transportation, reservations, and special requests.
• Schedule aircraft arrivals/departures and monitor flight notifications.
• Process fuel sales, invoices, and payments accurately.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Valet, Transportation for seamless arrivals.
