Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a Jet Center Concierge to be the primary contact for private pilots, passengers, and resort guests at our Private Jet Center in the Texas Hill Country.

The role blends hospitality and aviation operations, coordinating FBO and front desk activities, and delivering world-class guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury setting. Flexible schedules, strong service orientation, and detail focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in hospitality, aviation, resort, or concierge environments is preferred.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist private pilots, passengers, guests, and members with a hospitable approach.
• Coordinate transportation, reservations, guest requests and special accommodations.
• Schedule and track aircraft arrivals and departures using scheduling software.
• Monitor aviation communications and coordinate with pilots and ground services.
• Process fuel sales, service tickets, invoices, and payments accurately.
• Maintain daily operational records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Valet, Transportation, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold luxury hospitality standards and comply with safety procedures.
