Job summary

UniFirst in New Jersey seeks a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in an assigned territory including Jersey City. Prospect, present, and close multi-year service agreements. You will meet quotas, use CRM, and collaborate with operations.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in related services
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Proficiency with CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility service programs
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
