Job summary

PennEngineering seeks an Operational Business Systems Analyst to optimize JD Edwards ERP for manufacturing and distribution. You will gather requirements, design solutions, train users, and manage JD Edwards projects, aligning with strategic business directives and delivering measurable value.

With 3+ years in ERP/JD Edwards and strong collaboration skills, you will drive system utilization and continuous improvement, while staying compliant and ensuring data integrity. Michigan onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of ERP Business Systems Analyst experience with JD Edwards.
• In-depth JD Edwards manufacturing or distribution knowledge.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards configuration and integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a high-demand environment.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%; onsite in Michigan; hybrid possible.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business needs for JD Edwards enhancements.
• Design solutions and collaborate with ERP team to improve efficiency.
• Provide user training and support for JD Edwards tools and features.
