Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks an Operational Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, translating business needs into JD Edwards solutions across manufacturing and distribution. The role emphasizes process improvement, data quality, and end-user training in a fast-paced environment.

On-site positions are in Shelby Township or Westland, MI with weekly travel between locations and relocation assistance for non-locals. A BS in CS/IS/Business is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards.
• Hands-on JD Edwards knowledge, esp. manufacturing/distribution modules.
• Experience with JD Edwards configuration, customizations, integrations, and dev tools.
• Analytical and able to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and turn them into actionable solutions with clear specs.
• Understand manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, supply chain processes and how JD Edwards can support them.
• Drive process improvements and measure results with meaningful KPIs.
• Design JD Edwards solutions with the ERP development team to meet business objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and training, promote adoption of new functionality.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, monitoring scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Maintain documentation and data quality; stay current with JD Edwards releases and best practices.
