Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize requirements
• Document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria
• Develop process maps as needed
• Understand manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and supply chain processes
• Drive process improvement and measure KPIs
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with ERP team
• Provide hands-on support and training for users
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements to implementation
• Keep documentation and data quality up to date
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases and best practices
• Ensure security, compliance, and change management for JD Edwards
• Collaborate with Global IS, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
• Deliver measurable business impact through improved systems and processes
