Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience; 12+ years or 10+ years with a Masters.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience leading IT operations, desktop support, and helpdesk.
• Familiarity with DoD IT environments and 8140-related education/certification.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize team work to support program and customer objectives.
• Direct field services, desktop support, and help desk operations to meet KPIs.
• Provide input for staffing, performance, and rewards decisions.
• Lead annual hardware refresh and coordinate with stakeholders on progress.
