Job summary

The Utah Jazz Youth Ticketing Coordinator is a part-time seasonal role supporting Utah Jazz Youth Programs during the Jazz basketball season. This position focuses on managing ticket inventory, distributing tickets to Junior Jazz participants, and maintaining accurate records while delivering exceptional customer service to participants and partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling large data sets.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
One year of experience in customer service, event operations, ticketing, or related field preferred.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage Utah Jazz ticket inventory allocated to Youth Programs.
Coordinate ticket distribution for Junior Jazz participants and partners.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, redemptions, and usage.
Assist with game-night ticket operations and participant support.
Support data entry, record keeping, and program reporting.
Assist with planning and execution of Junior Jazz parties and events.
Provide excellent customer service to participants, families, coaches, and partners.
