Description: JOB SUMMARY: The Jazz Youth Ticketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Utah Jazz Youth Programs during the Jazz basketball season. This part-time seasonal position is primarily responsible for managing ticket inventory, coordinating ticket distribution, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to program participants and partners.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing large quantities of data while maintaining excellent communication and customer service. In addition to ticketing responsibilities, this individual will support Youth Programs events and initiatives, including Junior Jazz parties, camps and clinics, tournaments, and other department activities.
This position is expected to work approximately 20–30 hours per week from September through April, with occasional opportunities to assist at offseason events such as 3v3 tournaments and other large-scale youth programming.
