Princess Cruises is seeking a Rooms Division Attendant (Japanese Speaking) to support housekeeping operations aboard our fleet on a fixed term basis. The role involves maintaining high standards of public areas, applying health and safety guidelines, and delivering exceptional guest service across diverse itineraries.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of luxury hotel housekeeping experience, strong English communication, and a passion for guest satisfaction in a dynamic maritime

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping from luxury hotels or resorts.
• Ability to comprehend public health and environmental requirements pertaining to crew public areas.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Exceed Rooms Division targets and ensure guest satisfaction using Princess MedallionClass products and services.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, sanitation, and maintenance per HESS protocols in public areas.
• Know product, policy, demographics, itinerary, and port information; share best practices with leadership.
• Coordinate onboard resources to respond to outbreaks requiring increased sanitation levels.
