Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Guam is seeking a Front Desk & Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and assist with reservations and guest requests. You will provide local knowledge to enhance stays and ensure a friction-free experience in our resort setting.

The role requires fluent English and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. Prior OPERA PMS experience is highly preferred, with a focus on guest safety and exceptional

Qualifications

• Education - High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with OPERA hotel property management system is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out per procedures.
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries via phone and in person.
• Provide local information and assist with guest requests.
• Process cash and credit transactions; maintain daily reports.
• Ensure guest safety and respond to incidents per guidelines.
