Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with luggage handling and porter duties.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, hours, and promotions.
• Assist with valet parking and luggage storage procedures.
• Read guest luggage tags and coordinate with front desk for smooth arrivals.
• Maintain luggage storage facilities in a clean and tidy condition.
• Speak English; Japanese language ability preferred for guest interactions.
