Job summary
TOP Group - Japanese Recruiting Agency partners with a Japanese energy company to recruit a Japanese Bilingual Business Operations Coordinator in Houston, TX. The role focuses on coordinating daily operations, improving processes, managing documents, and supporting Microsoft 365 tools.
You will work with employees, managers, vendors, and external stakeholders, handle meetings and onboarding, and identify automation opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in business operations or related fields.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with document management and process coordination.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese at business level.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily corporate and administrative operations
- Support and improve internal processes and workflows
- Manage corporate documents, records, and approvals
- Maintain SharePoint, Teams, and other document systems
- Support Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Copilot
- Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and visitors
- Support onboarding, office administration, and vendor coordination
- Work with employees, managers, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and support automation and special projects
