Qualifications

• 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented, friendly, and able to motivate team members.
• Familiar with KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for attendance and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex, task-oriented janitorial operation.
• Respond to escalations with the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Ops teams.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and common areas as needed.
• Support daily schedules by shifting work among team members and shift leads.
• Provide feedback and escalate issues to KBS management in a timely manner.
