The role emphasizes adherence to OSHA guidelines, effective communication with the maintenance and field teams, and timely response to escalations.

The position requires 1+ year in a supervisory role, a customer-service mindset, and proficiency with KBSPresence for clock-in and training records.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer Service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor with the ability to motivate team members and support customer requests in an orderly and timely manner.
• KBSPresence app used for timekeeping, attendance, and training information.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Respond to escalations and support Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Coordinate shifts and coverage for daily schedules.
• Provide feedback and escalate issues to KBS Management.
