Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a full-time Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead a shift-based cleaning operation at a facility. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise a cleaning crew, ensure OSHA compliance, coordinate with maintenance and field teams, and manage daily schedules. Starting pay is $19.04 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer Service oriented, friendly, and able to motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and Field Operations Team and respond to escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Support callouts by working or splitting shifts amongst the team and shift lead; cover daily schedules.
• Provide feedback on ongoing activities and escalate issues timely to KBS Management.
