Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings for a Janitorial Site Supervisor. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and helping make an impact on safety in the workplace, then this is the job for you! Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour.

Shifts available: 8 am to 5:30 pm. The role requires leading a janitorial team, ensuring OSHA safety compliance, and coordinating with maintenance and field operations to meet daily cleaning schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer Service oriented, friendly demeanor with the ability to motivate team members and support customer requests in an orderly and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams by responding efficiently to escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Support callouts by splitting up shifts amongst the team and shift lead to cover operations daily schedules.
• Deliver feedback on ongoing activities and escalate to management as needed.
