Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead janitorial crews across multiple sites in the Texas region. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and meeting project timelines while coordinating staffing and resources.

The position offers full-time hours, weekend shifts as needed, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities is a plus. Training and timekeeping are managed via the KBSPresence app.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of janitorial/building maintenance procedures and related safety requirements.
• Ability to manage work with and lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operations environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills including time management with an ability to prioritize and set clear expectations.

Responsibilities

• Leads crew and performs janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area.
• May support staffing coordination for projects including communicating schedules.
• Floor surfaces and carpet cleaning; Carpet extractions; Wash windows; Minor wall repair; Gather and empty trash; Service, cleaning, and supply restrooms; Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; Clean windows and mirrors; Dust surfaces; Move furniture and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Monitor building security and safety after hours and manage hazards.
