Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced facility environment. You’ll ensure cleans, safety compliance, and timely escalation of issues while coordinating shifts and daily schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a lead/supervisory role in a complex janitorial operation.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead a janitorial team in a complex operation environment.
• Support maintenance and field teams by communicating escalations promptly.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices and common areas as needed.
• Coordinate shifts and coverage with team leads and schedules.
