Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings for a Janitorial Site Supervisor. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and helping make an impact on safety in the workplace, then this is the job for you.

Starting Pay: $22.0 per hour with 8 am - 4:30 pm shifts. You will lead a team, support field operations, ensure cleanliness, and follow safety procedures. Benefits are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented, friendly and able to motivate team members.
• KBSPresence app used for clock-in/out and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to Operations Center and Field Operations teams by handling escalations.
• Clean rooms, corridors, restrooms, offices and other areas as needed.
• Follow Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Coordinate callouts and shift coverage with team leads.
• Deliver timely escalation reporting to management.
