Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Site Supervisor in Houston, TX. This full-time role oversees a cleaning operation, coordinates shifts, and ensures safety standards are followed on site. You will work with the Maintenance Operations Center and field teams to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with ability to motivate team and support customer requests.
• KBSPresence timekeeping app usage is required for clocking shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex, task oriented janitorial operation.
• Provide direct support to Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams.
• Clean and maintain rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas as needed.
• Follow Supervisor Task Process Flowchart and assign daily schedules.
• Assist with shift coverage and escalate issues promptly to management.
• Deliver timely feedback and reporting to the KBS Management Team.
