Frantz Building Services Inc. in Owensboro, KY is seeking reliable janitorial staff for evening shifts. The role covers cleaning of offices, lobbies, restrooms, and other high-traffic areas with a Saturday through Tuesday schedule and a 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM shift. Weekly pay is provided.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to work independently or with a team, and adherence to safety and pre-employment screening. Steel-toed boots are required.

Formación

• Janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and attendance

• Must pass pre-employment screening requirements
• Must have steel toed boots or shoes

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time: Saturday - Tuesday | 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Part - Time: Saturday and Sunday | 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

What the job looks like:

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must pass pre-employment screening requirements
• Must have steel toed boots or shoes

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift up 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Push, pull, bend, reach, and climb stairs regularly
• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
