Job summary

Frantz Building Services Inc. seeks reliable custodial staff for evening shifts in Owensboro, KY. Duties include cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas on a Monday–Friday schedule with four-hour blocks.

Pay is weekly with a fast onboarding process. Company-provided shirts, paid training, and a referral bonus are offered along with health/dental/vision and other coverages. Join us for a stable role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must pass pre-employment screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

What the job looks like:

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds
