Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Project Manager to oversee hourly staff and ensure accounts are properly staffed and serviced to meet contract standards. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The Project Manager will manage schedules, labor budgets, and staff development, while establishing strong customer relationships and ensuring top-quality service across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of management experience in a service-related industry.
• 3+ years of operational experience in janitorial industry.
• Business level English (oral and written).
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire employees to staff accounts according to contract specs.
• Assign duties, inspect cleanliness and completion of tasks.
• Prepare schedules and manage labor budget for accounts.
• Conduct new-hire orientation and safety training for hourly staff.
• Process time sheets, reports, training records, and work orders.
• Foster open communication and coach employees to success.
• Visit accounts to strengthen customer relationships and service quality.
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Document customer contacts and follow up to resolution.
• Identify additional work opportunities within contracts.
