Compass Group USA's ESFM division is seeking a Janitorial Manager to direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks meet quality, safety, and policy standards.

You will training staff, create schedules, evaluate performance, reward high performers, discipline underperformers, and prepare reports for management; mentoring and supporting career growth are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Directly lead associates on shift and ensure task completion per policy.
• Train staff and create effective work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and manage rewards/discipline.
• Prepare reports for management on quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact for employee concerns and time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and promote advancement within the organization.
