Qualifications

• Minimum of five to ten years of recent experience supervising custodial staff in major facilities.
• General hands-on knowledge of routine nightly and daytime facility cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work responsibilities among staff.
• Supervise and coordinate custodial services and schedules.
• Approve vacation time, overtime and timecards.
• Train custodians on equipment.
• Supervise, motivate, discipline, and evaluate staff.
• Counsel and coordinate with customer management on services.
• Resolves client concerns and performs inspections for quality.
• Meet with subordinates to review status and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor supply use and equipment condition.
• Perform additional duties, including hands-on cleaning when required.
