ServiceMaster is seeking a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned worksite, lead a crew, and serve as the primary customer contact. The role emphasizes delivering clean, healthy environments and maintaining professional standards.

Key duties include crew leadership, facility cleaning, inventory management, safety practices, and security responsibilities. This is a part-time evening position with opportunities for advancement in a values-driven company.

Qualifications

About the Role

As Location Supervisor, you'll oversee daily cleaning operations at your assigned worksite, keeping it clean and healthy for our customers, their clients, and the grounds. You'll lead your crew by example and serve as the customer's key point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership — Ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.
• Facility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Inventory — Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety — Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
• Site Security — Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.
• Additional Duties — Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred), but not required.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking role.

• Ability to communicate in English.

Physical Demands & Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead and forward.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and distinguish between cleaning products and their proper uses.

Schedule — 3 Positions Available

All shifts run 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 20 hours/week.

• Position 1 — Works Sunday – Thursday | Off Friday & Saturday
• Position 2 — Works Friday – Tuesday | Off Wednesday & Thursday
