Job summary

ServiceMaster is hiring Location Supervisors for evening shifts in Spring, TX. You will oversee daily cleaning operations at client sites, lead a small crew, and serve as the main point of contact for customers.

Ideal candidates bring custodial or housekeeping experience and a positive, punctual attitude. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew to meet ServiceMaster standards and communicate with clients.

• Ensure PPE is used where required for safety.
• Open/close facilities and manage basic site security.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

About the Role

As Location Supervisor, you'll oversee daily cleaning operations at your assigned worksite, keeping it clean and healthy for our customers, their clients, and the grounds. You'll lead your crew by example and serve as the customer's key point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership - Ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.
• Facility Cleaning - Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Inventory - Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety - Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
• Site Security - Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.
• Additional Duties - Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred), but not required.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking role.
• A positive attitude - in uniform, dependable, and on time.
• Respect for co-workers and customers.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Physical Demands & Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead and forward.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and distinguish between cleaning products and their proper uses.

Schedule - 2 Scheduling Options

All shifts run 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 20 hours/week.

• Schedule 1 - Works Sunday - Thursday | Off Friday & Saturday
• Schedule 2 - Works Friday - Tuesday | Off Wednesday & Thursday
