ServiceMaster in San Antonio is seeking a Location Supervisor for part-time evening shifts (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM), 20 hours per week. You will lead a cleaning crew, maintain a clean and healthy site for clients, and serve as the main customer contact at the site.

Ideal candidates may have custodial experience, a positive attitude, be reliable, and communicate in English. Training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement are highlighted in the benefits package.

• Prior custodial/janitorial or housekeeping experience is a plus, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the cleaning crew and ensure tasks meet standards.
• Oversee daily facility cleaning including floors, windows, and surfaces.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE when required.
• Open/lock facilities and manage basic site security per procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role

As Location Supervisor, you'll oversee daily cleaning operations at your assigned worksite, keeping it clean and healthy for our customers, their clients, and the grounds. You'll lead your crew by example and serve as the customer's key point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership - Ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.
• Facility Cleaning - Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Inventory - Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety - Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
• Site Security - Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.
• Additional Duties - Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred), but not required.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking role.

• Respect for co-workers and customers.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Physical Demands & Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead and forward.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and distinguish between cleaning products and their proper uses.

Schedule - 3 Positions Available

All shifts run 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 20 hours/week.

• Position 1 - Works Sunday - Thursday | Off Friday & Saturday
• Position 2 - Works Friday - Tuesday | Off Wednesday & Thursday
