Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead to supervise day-to-day Crew tasks at client sites. You will coordinate activities, ensure policy compliance, and support operations through strong leadership and service excellence.

The role requires 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory position, safety/document reading ability, and OSHA compliance focus. Starting pay is $20/hour with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and product safety sheets.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily Crew tasks; ensure proper execution.
• Interact with client to provide professional customer service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for Crew members.
• Assist Supervisor with hiring and training of new staff.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example.
