Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead to oversee daily cleaning operations at client sites. You will coordinate crew tasks, interact with clients, and ensure high standards of service are maintained across shifts.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with full-time hours and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment within a large facility-services organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and chemical safety data sheets.
• Customer service oriented, positive demeanor and able to motivate teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure full execution of duties.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew understands responsibilities under policies.
• Collaborate with Crew to coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies.
• Assist Supervisor/Zone Manager with interviews and training.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example.
