Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Janitorial Crew Lead. You will oversee on-site crew tasks, coordinate daily operations, and ensure service quality for the client.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience in janitorial operations preferred.
• Able to read safety rules and procedures in English.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and forklift safety rules.
• Customer-focused with ability to motivate the team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily Crew tasks at the site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional service.
• Provide direction and coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew understands policies and safety rules.
• Coordinate operations with Supervisor or Zone Manager.
• Assist with new hires and training.
• Ensure team has information and tools to perform jobs.
• Lead by example to motivate the crew.
• Support interviews and training as needed.
