Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity to join our Janitorial Services Team as a Janitorial Crew Lead. If you want to advance your career in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with leadership opportunities, this role is for you.

Responsibilities include directing the crew, coordinating tasks on-site, interacting with clients for timely service, and assisting with training and interviews. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with Tue and Sat shifts 3PM-7PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and chemical safety sheets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate on-site Crew tasks to ensure full execution.
• Interact with the client to provide professional, prompt service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew and training support.
