This full-time role offers leadership opportunities, ongoing training, and interaction with clients, with starting pay of $18.00 per hour and access to KBS benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Crew tasks and ensure full execution at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional customer service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for the Crew.
• Ensure crew understand responsibilities under each policy.
• Collaborate with Crew for daily operations and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Assist with hiring and training of new staff.
• Ensure team has information and tools to perform their jobs.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example.
• May assist with interviews and training.
