Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead to oversee daily site tasks in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role focuses on directing crew activity, ensuring safety, and delivering quality janitorial service for clients.

The position offers an hourly wage starting at $17.99 with a morning shift (6am–11am). The Crew Lead will coordinate tasks, train new hires, and interact with clients to provide professional, timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents (generally in English; may have Spanish where required).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor.
• Familiarity with KBSPresence timekeeping software on mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Crew tasks and ensure execution at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure team understands responsibilities under each policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisor or Zone Manager to ensure daily operations and resolve deficiencies.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with interviews and training.
