Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Crew tasks and ensure execution of daily operations.
• Interact with client to provide professional, prompt service.
• Coordinate tasks and train crew members for safety and policy compliance.
• Assist supervisors with interviews and training as needed.
