Frantz Building Services Inc in Ferdinand, IN is seeking a part-time Janitorial Cleaner for the Ferdinand office on the 2nd shift (4:30 PM–7:30 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Tasks include cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas; trash collection; dusting; vacuuming; mopping; and glass cleaning.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and physical stamina, with duties as scheduled and additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and transportation
