Frantz Building Services Inc. is seeking a part-time Janitorial Cleaner for Bloomington, Indiana, on the second shift (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

Work involves cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas, with trash collection and floor care. This role emphasizes reliability and the ability to work independently, with weekly pay and company benefits after a short probation period.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

What the job looks like:

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
