Related Management Company (RMC) is seeking a Janitor/Porter at our Boston properties. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires routine clean up of lobbies, hallways and restrooms, with light maintenance tasks as needed.

Schedule includes Tue 2pm–10:30pm and Wed–Sat 7am–3:30pm; on-call as needed. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within RMC's portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of janitor/porter experience.
• Must be reliable and able to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Team player able to work with little supervision.
• Excellent time management and work ethic.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8 hour shift.
• Light maintenance knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Work Schedule is:

Tuesday: 2pm- 10:30pm

Wednesday- Saturday: 7am - 3:30pm

Sinday and Monday: OFF

The Janitor/Porter will be working directly under the Maintenance Manager at One Back Bay and Arlington in Boston. The Janitor/Porter responsibilities include:

• Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, elevators, common areas, and restrooms (mop, sweep, strip/wax/buff floors, dust, vacuum, and garbage removal)
• Light maintenance may be assigned
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• General upkeep of the buildings and grounds
• Snow removal and landscaping
• Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition
• Special projects as assigned
