Job summary

Related Management Company (RMC) seeks a Janitor/Porter for Riverwalk Heights at 430 Main Street. Schedule: Sunday & Monday 7am–3:30pm; Tue–Thu 2pm–10:30pm; Fri–Sat off.

You will maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and common areas, perform light maintenance, and provide excellent resident service. Qualifications

• 1-2 years janitor, cleaner, or porter experience.
• Must be reliable and have experience working with cleaning chemicals.
• Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision.
• Excellent time management skills and work ethic needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for an 8 hour shift.
• Light maintenance knowledge is a plus.
• You may be required to be on call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Light maintenance may be assigned.

• Special projects as assigned.

• Sunday & Monday 7am - 3:30pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 2pm - 10:30pm; Friday & Saturday Off.

The Janitor/Porter will be working directly under the ( Riverwalk Heights 430 Main Street ) .

The Janitor/Porter responsibilities includes:

• Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, elevators, common areas, and restrooms (m op, sweep, strip/wax/buff floors, dust, vacuum and garbage removal)
• Light maintenance may be assigned
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• General upkeep of the buildings and grounds
• Snow removal and landscaping
• Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition
• Special projects as assigned
