Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. The role involves serving meals, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with food handling regulations.

Weekend and holiday availability is required, with alternating weekly hours and a start at 16.50 USD per hour. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior institutional food service experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion food to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Report to Food Service Director and work onsite inside a jail/correctional facility.
