Zusammenfassung

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for a correctional facility, onsite to oversee inmate labor and kitchen team members, ensuring meals are prepared per recipes and schedules. You will train staff and maintain a safe, compliant food service environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and availability to cover early to evening shifts, including some weekends and holidays. Prior institutional food service experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work between the hours of: 4:00am - 8:00pm (including some weekends and holidays)***
• High school diploma or GED, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts in the kitchen.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes. Use proper utensils to serve menued portions to meet clients' nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for other employees/inmates.
• Physical demands include lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Be able to stand and be on your feet for much of the scheduled shift.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.
