Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a jail/correctional facility. You will manage food prep, serve meals, and ensure adherence to recipes and nutritional guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age, with preferred experience in institutional food service. On-site position with opportunities for growth and stable benefits.

Qualifications

• We require a high school diploma or GED, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
• We prefer prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and portion meals to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for other employees/inmates.
• Be able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.
