Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion meals per recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
